The useful part

What to know.

No keyword soup. Just the part that changes the decision.

01

Choose the server

Open the server you want to support and use Discord’s Server Boosting interface. Confirm the correct server before applying a boost.

02

Check the level progress

The server’s boost interface shows progress toward the next level. Level thresholds are currently 2, 7 and 14 boosts.

03

Know the transfer rule

Discord currently applies a seven-day cooldown when moving a boost from one server to another, so avoid treating boosts as instantly portable between communities.
