Level 1 — 2 boosts
Level 1 adds quality-of-life perks such as more emoji and sticker capacity, 128 Kbps audio, 720p/60 Go Live, an invite background and an animated server icon.
Know the level you are targeting before you choose a boost package. Discord currently uses 2 boosts for Level 1, 7 for Level 2, and 14 for Level 3.

Level 1 adds quality-of-life perks such as more emoji and sticker capacity, 128 Kbps audio, 720p/60 Go Live, an invite background and an animated server icon.
Level 2 includes Level 1 perks and adds features such as a server banner, custom role icons, 256 Kbps audio, 1080p/60 Go Live and a larger server upload limit.
Level 3 includes the lower-level perks and adds 384 Kbps audio, more emoji and sticker capacity, a larger upload limit, a custom invite link and an animated server banner.
Discord also lets admins allocate boosts to certain additional perks. Server Tags and Enhanced Role Styles currently use 3 dedicated boosts each, separate from boosts allocated to your server level.
